Hygiene is a set of practices performed for the preservation 

of health. Some regular hygienic practices may be 

considered good habits by a society while the neglect of 

hygiene can be considered disgusting, disrespectful or even 

threatening. In food service we have learn how to wipe the 

plate, goblet and cutlery in the proper ways to keep it
